The wine is lovely. I have not explored the different types etc. because I'm a simple girl. Give me a glass of house white when I'm out. Buy a reasonable bottle at the grocery store. It's yummy!!

Bravo!! The “green” cauliflower may have been Romanesco broccoli.

This gastronomy adventure sounds absolutely phenomenal. You are taking this experience up at notch by preparing and cooking some of the staples yourself. Nicely done. Buen provecho!!!
